I loved my stay! Was traveling across country, had some car issues. Jessica was very helpful in suggesting a local mechanic. She also recommend a few trails for me to ride, which I appreciated! There were treats for my cat and a toy… So sweet! A very peaceful, clean, and cozy place for me and my cat to decompress in a bit of a stressful time! Highly recommend!

Jessica's place is absolutely ideal if you plan to hike (or bicycle) in the Bella Vista area, and she has everything you'll want or need already there for you. They have made the blueprint for how to turn your basement into a comfortable and private spot when enjoying the beauty of NWA. My only disappointment is that the rainy weather didn't permit me to use the beautiful backyard patio they have set aside for their guests. A+ on all counts!

Stayed near a friends house for a bachelor weekend and this was the perfect spot. Close enough to trails and downtown but quiet and tucked away in peaceful nature and a safe area. The place was very quiet and clean, hot water, and cozy spot to rest after exploring.

Private and relaxing spot right next to the trails, had all the amenities we needed and dog friendly was a huge plus! The hosts are very friendly and had excellent trail recommendations. They even had water bowls, dog treats and a dog towel ready for us. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway full of hiking and exploring NWA! At night we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. The hosts were very responsive as well!
